Suitelet – Subscription Summary

Custom suitelet designed to help the billing department analyze and get a top down view of a customers subscription at a glance. What you’re seeing is several complex saved searches being aggregated and summarized to varying degrees and showcased in different subtabs. Before this, the billing department had everyone meticulously trained in going through 100s of primary and secondary subscription item lines taking into account what’s active, what’s recently been changed, what’s coming up soon, and trying to get an understanding in order to reconcile invoices, new charges, and report to accounting. This level of analysis was both prone to error and difficult to train new billing specialists on.  This suitelet has made a huge difference on the quality of life aspects of the entire accounting department reducing complexity, errors, labor costs and improving customer relations.
