Salesforce Web App – Customer Onboarding

The goal was to improve the customer onboarding experience so we took a third-party SF aura web app centered around ‘learning’ and completely redesigned it to suit our needs. The end result is dynamic in that it picks the template based on the customers current product stack and creates a customized onboarding experience where they can learn about the products, educate their teams, and select their features and settings without even needing to reach out to customer service. The development effort was several months working closely with the business and marketing teams to ensure we had the right look, feel, and functionality. In the end, we greatly improved the customer experience and I got to learn some valuable skills on salesforce aura and lightning web app development.
